Google’s Toontastic 3D provides a fantastic way for kids to tell stories. You choose your characters and settings from a large collection of beautiful 3D images. Or if you prefer you can draw your own and the app will render them in 3D for you! Then you plan out your story arc, move the characters around, narrate and voice the characters kinda like you might with hand puppets, choose your background music, and then save, publish and share your results!
